1. Please fill out the booking form and wait for the confirmation of your booking.
2. Once the booking is confirmed, please pay the advance payment within 3 days. The advance payment represents 33% of the total accommodation amount. In case the booking is cancelled, the advance payment will be returned in the full amount within 3 weeks as of the start of your stay.
3. In case of cancellation of your stay less than 3 days before the start or not arriving, the client is required to pay 100% of the accomodation amount.
4. Additional payments for the stay shall be made on your arrival at the take-over of the apartment's keys.
